Industrial Demineralized (DM) Water System

High-purity demineralizer water treatment system utilizing cation, anion, and mixed-bed ion exchange technology for boiler feed and electronics.

This industrial DM water plant was engineered for a power generation facility. By passing water through cation, anion, and mixed-bed resin vessels, the system achieves ultra-pure water with electrical conductivity below 0.1 micro-Siemens/cm, protecting high-pressure turbines from scale and silica deposition.
