We designed and constructed a closed-loop wastewater recycling facility for a textile plant. The system recovers dye house effluents, treats them through chemical coagulation, sand filtration, and carbon polishing, making 70% of the wastewater suitable for reuse in process washing, drastically lowering groundwater extraction.
